Studio Policies
Our policies are designed to create a seamless, respectful, and elevated experience for every client. By setting clear expectations, we protect your time, honor our artists’ schedules, and ensure every appointment is met with the professionalism and care our studio is known for.
Appointment Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied to your final total and is non-refundable if the cancellation policy is not followed.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
• 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel eyelash extension appointments
• 48 hours’ notice is required for all permanent makeup procedures
Cancellations made outside of these timeframes may result in a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. These appointments will be charged in full and may result in limited access to future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling. Please notify us in advance if you are running late.
Guests, Friends & Children
To provide a calm and professional treatment space, we ask that clients attend their appointment alone. Our studio is not able to accommodate guests or children during services. We appreciate your understanding.
Communication
All scheduling and appointment changes must be made through our official booking platform or via email/text. We are unable to manage bookings through social media.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior. Our studio is a space of professionalism, care, and mutual respect.
Consultations
Consultations are encouraged prior to all permanent makeup services, especially for new clients. However, they are not required. Every permanent makeup service will always begin with a thorough consultation on the day of your appointment to ensure your treatment is fully customized to your features, preferences, and goals.
